Vincent in the past has never been the serious knight he should have been but he was his king's favorite and praised by him. He also gain the interest of his friend Princess Serafina
. This drove his other childhood buddy Lance
mad. He didn't like the fact that someone so happy go lucky would be ranked a high class knight and even gain the interest of the princess.

Sadly Vincent's easygoing persona got him and his dragon, Sapphire , into Lance's trap and caused him to go to jail on a death sentence. Lance still never got to the rank and desperately asked the help of a witch and worked with the orcs to run down the elf and dragon kingdom and hopefully become ruler of the orc tribe.

During this he learned of the darkness in the far future and decides to take his reign there and steals Serafina into the time warp hole. While the elf kingdom destroyed Vincent gets free and travels with Sapphire through the warp hole to avenge his kingdom and save the princess from Lance as well as to stop his further destruction. He's sworn never to be gulliable again.

Being warped from the past doesn't give him time to adjust to the modern ways of the world. Which means he may do things or say thing inappropriate in the modern time and certain things seem odd to him. His team mate Jase
tries to help him with this but it usually blows up in smoke.

He's also rescued Flora
, a fairy, and is now her trainer and guardian whether he wants to or not. She tends to get him in a lot of trouble usually by the way she acts around him or causing other problems.

Since being accused and for doing a bad sin cause of lance he is labeled by the elven gods as a 'corrupted elf'. Which means they are on the verge of becoming an Orc
. Vincent has been able to sustain it through meditation but when he is under extreme stress, anger, gets awfully drunk the transformation starts. Meditation usually slows and stops it slowly but to stop it instantly he must receive a fairy kiss...
